The hotel has some great features like spacious rooms and a fantastic view, but my experience was marred by several shortcomings. The check-in process was confusing and left me frustrated, and the additional fees were unexpected. While the pool area looked inviting, it was closed during my stay, which was a big downside. Overall, while there are positives, I wouldn't rush back.
